Our matcha is made from only high-quality tea leaves, carefully selected, primarily from the Uji region of Kyoto.
Original blend series comes in 4 varieties, from #0 to #3. The numbers represent grades - as the number increases, the bitterness decreases while the umami and sweetness increase. The color also becomes more vibrant, and the aroma more pronounced.
HOJICHA POWDER




Only the finest first-harvest tea leaves are used, and they are lightly roasted to preserve their natural aroma and umami. The leaves are slowly ground into a fine powder using a traditional stone mill, minimizing excess heat to retain flavor while achieving an even, smooth texture. Known for its silky mouthfeel, this hojicha powder is perfect for lattes, as well as both Japanese and Western sweets.
